Send a request or call the studio. Let us know your experience level, any injuries or goals, and a few days and times that work.

Start with an intro private
New students begin one-on-one with an instructor who assesses your body, introduces the apparatus, and shows you the foundations safely.

Choose your path
Keep going with privates, add semi-privates with a partner, or step into our small group classes on the Reformer, Tower, Chair, or Mat.

Build a practice
Come back consistently and the changes follow. As Joseph Pilates put it: in 10 sessions you feel the difference, in 20 you see it, in 30 you have a whole new body.

Before you come in
I have never done Pilates. Where do I start?
Start with an introductory private session, one-on-one with an instructor. We use it to evaluate your body, any injuries or ailments, introduce you to the apparatus and the movements, and talk through any modifications you need. It is the safest and fastest way to begin. If you would rather jump into group classes, tell your instructor you are a beginner and they will give you an introduction.
What should I wear and bring?
Wear tighter athletic clothing so your instructor can see your alignment. Bring a water bottle. Grip socks are optional and available for purchase at the studio. Please arrive early to find parking and fill out the New Client Waiver on your first visit.
Should I take a class or a private session?
Both are great, and many clients do a mix. Private and semi-private sessions are ideal for beginners, anyone working around an injury, and anyone who wants an intensive, personalized experience at a time that fits their schedule. Group classes are a fun, social way to keep a consistent practice on the Reformer, Tower, Chair, or Mat once you know the foundations.
How long are sessions and classes?
All classes and sessions are 50 minutes. Group classes begin promptly at their start time. After the first 10 minutes the warm-up is complete and it is no longer safe to drop in, so please arrive on time.
What is the cancellation policy?
All sessions and pre-registered classes require 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule. Without 24 hours notice, the session is charged. It keeps the schedule fair for everyone and lets us hold your spot.
