Aerial Silks: Contrology In-Flight in Dallas
Pilates taken off the mat and into the air for deep core and decompression.

Contrology In-Flight takes your Pilates practice off the mat and into the air. Whether you want a stepping stone toward a full aerial arts practice, a way to deepen your core connection, or both, this is a complete system of core strengthening, range-of-motion work, muscle toning and stretching, joint decompression, trigger-point release, and guided breath. You come away with a growing sense of coordination and, as Joseph Pilates intended, a meditative quality to the movement. If you are new to aerial work, we recommend starting with a Tower-Fusion class or an aerial private so you learn to enter the apparatus safely.
What to expect
- Core strengthening in the aerial apparatus
- Joint decompression and length
- Range-of-motion and mobility work
- Guided, meditative breath
- A bridge from mat to full aerial arts
- Start with an aerial private if you are new
